New Yorl’s electric vehicle rebate program gets a $12 million boost. It provides for up to a $2,000 rebate on more than 60 makes and models. The state also allocated $2.7 million to local governments for purchasing electric vehicles and install zero-emission charging/fueling stations for public use.
