Gov. Kathy Hochul continues to make changes to administration personnel by naming Rory M. Christian as Chair of the Public Service Commission and chief executive officer of the Department of Public Service which is the staff arm of the Commission. He replaces John B. Howard who was appointed by former governor Andrew Cuomo.
