Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Civil Division Officer Robert Mantzouratos visited Mrs. Dahlman’s Preschool class at Roscoe Central School on Wednesday. He spoke to the children about Halloween and Trick or Treating safety and also gave the children a “tour” of his patrol vehicle.
