Colorscape Chenango, the nationally recognized arts festival in Norwich is back for 2021 at East and West Park. Visual arts coordinator Peggy Finnegan tells the Observer-Dispatch there will be more than 100 artisans displaying their creations on Sept. 11 and 12 with around one-fifth being new exhibitors.
