Bassett Healthcare announced it is paartnering with health information technology and services firm Optum to enhance the network’s clinical and operational performance, and advance delivery of high-quality, convenient, and affordable health care Bassett President and CEO Dr. Tommy Ibrahim says the collaboration with Optum will infuse Bassett with leading innovations and expertise that will greatly modernize and enhance experiences and access to clinical services for patients. About 500 Bassett employees will be given the option of transitioning to work with Optum.
