Delaware County Sheriff’s Office Civil Division Officer Robert Mantzouratos visited Mrs. Dahlman’s Preschool class at Roscoe Central School on Wednesday. NY Law Protects Employees from Retaliation For Reporting Illegal Activities

New York has a new law protecting employees from retaliation for reporting llegal or dangerous business activities by their employer. The definition of employee is expanded to include former employees protecting those who may have been retaliated against post-employment.
