Delaware County Fairgoer Faces Charges

A Delaware County fairgoer faces charges aafter an investigation determined she stole items from a fair vendor. The Delaware County Sheriff’s Office says the woman was in possession of jewelry and also had illegally possessed prescription drugs. The woman was arraigned and released on her own recogniznce. Boy Killed In Decatur ATV Rollover

A 7-year-old boy is killed when the ATV he was operating rolled over in Decatur on Friday. Police say he was riding on a private property off Fisher Road and was airlifted to an Albany hospital where he died. Preston Man Faces Felony Drug Charges

Bond is set at $150,000 for a man from Preston charged with felony drug possession. Police say they stopped the man on Thursday in Greene then a search warrant was obtained for his home where multiple drugs, rifles and a large quantity of cash was seized.
