2 people are charged in the theft of 2 Frontier Communications work vans in Sidney. Police say they found the vans in a wooded area outside the village and their investigation led to a search warrant at a Division Street apartment where items in the van were receovered. Brian Kingsbury, and Nikita Crumb, both of Sidney were charged with felony Criminal Possession of Stolen Property. Kingsbury was booked into the Delaware County Jail while Crumb was released on her own recognizance.
