2 people received the Otsego County Sheriff’s Lifesaving award for their response car crash in the town of Laurens last November. Willow Rogers and Cadence Koren provided aid and assistance to Omar Andrades until paramedics arrived Omar suffered what were described as serious injuries. Deputy Sheriff Frank Koren presented the awards on Wednesday at Laurens Central School. Omar was able to attend the ceremony.
