An Otsego County Jail inmate is in more trouble after repeatedly trying to contact a person who had an order of protection against the prisoner. Accordiong to the Otsego County Sheriff’s Office the inmate is identified as Tadd Sherwood of Oneonta and he is now facing 19 counts of 2nd Degree Criminal Contempt for making contact with the protected individual. Sherwood was charged on April 30 and it’s not clear if he’s been arraigned on the new charges.
