Siena Poll Finds Cuomo’s Job Performance Down But He Should Not Resign

A new Siena College poll finds while Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s job approval rating continues its downward trend, a majority of respondents think he should not step down in the wake of sexual harrassment allegations and reports of COVID-19 nursing home deaths being falsified. The survey taken between Apr. 11 and Apr. 15 found residents approve of legalizing recreational marijuana and raising the tax on millionaires. The results were divided on the if the 2022 state budget will be good or bad for New Yorkers.
