The Board of Directors of the Community Foundation of Otsego County has a new member in former Senator Jim Milford. According to AllOtsego.com. Milford has called his appointment a natural extension of his previous service to the people of Otsego County and the region. He also said his service on the committee is personal, having raised his family in Otsego County.
