School Districts Go Remote After COVID-19 Cases Found

Oneonta and Norwich schools switched to 100% remote learning on Thursdaydue to COVID-19 cases. Oneonta officials reported a middle school staff member tested positive and other staff came in contact with that individual. There was a positive COVID-19 case at Norwich High School involving a student and a middle school teacher’s family member tested positive. Oneonta will stay virtual through the end of the month while Norwich classes resume today with it being a white day in both buildings.
