ReCook Cafe Community Event at Cooperstown Conference

The New York State Association for Reduction, Reuse, and Recycling is hosting an event showing how to reduce wasted food in homes through preservation and creativity. The ReCook CafĂ© Community Event takes place at the association’s annual conference at the Otesaga Hotel in Cooperstown on Monday from 7:30 p.m. until 9:00 p.m. and is open to the public. Otesaga Executive Chef Jim Perillo, will demonstrate how he uses miscellaneous pre-consumer leftovers to create tasty dishes. Light refreshments will be served.
