Second Plea Deal In O’Connor Case

One of the two men charged in the death of an 11-year-old girl from Morris takes a plea deal. Prosecutors say James Brower of the town of Norwich pleaded guilty to first-degree hindering prosecution in connection with his role in the 2017 death of Jacelyn O’Connor. He will be sentenced in June to 1-1/2 to 4 1/2 years in prison. Tobias Rundstrom-Wooding who was Brower’s co-conspirator took a plea deal earlier and was sentenced to 20 years to life.
