Preliminary Report Released In Walton Crash

The National Transportation Safety Board released its preliminary report in the investigation into a Walton plane crash that took the life of the pilot. The report doesn’t reveal what caused the crash on Nov. 9 but did disclose communications between pilot Daniel Drew and air traffic controllers who directed Drew to the Sidney Airport. A witness reported hearing the plane’s engines revving up and down for about a minute. Another witness said there was heavy snow and sleet near the crash scene.
