NYSEG CEO Retiring

The CEO of NYSEG and Rochester Gas And Electric is reported to be retiring from his job.

Politico.com (www.politico.com/states/new-york/albany/story/2017/03/ceo-of-upstate-new-york-utility-departs-110904) reports a utility spokesman confirmed that Mark Lynch announced his retirement last month and his final day will be June 30.

Last week Sen. James Seward announced he’s partnered with Otsego Now to form a nine-county coalition designed to challenge NYSEG’s business practices and they’ve delivered a letter to the state public service commission.
