Seward Wants People To Stay In NY

State Sen. James Seward has laid out his legislative priorities for the new year and one of those is finding a way to make sure more people stay in New York.

According to a state census report, 191,000 people left the state in 2016, the first time there has been a population decline in a decade.

In a news release Seward took a swipe at the state’s TV ad campaign saying it takes more than promotional material to show potentional employers that New York is business friendly.
