SUNY Oneonta Mills Lecture on Wednesday

SUNY Oneonta’s 2016 Mills Distinguished Lecture takes place Wednesday night in the Alumni Field House.

The lecturer is author, TV host and transgender rights activist Janet Mock, known for her memoir entitled “Redefining Realness: My Path to Womanhood, Identity, Love & So Much More” about her journey of transitioning to her truest self as a high school and college student

The Mills Distinguished Lectureship honors the bequest from Professor Albert Mills and his wife, Helena that led to the establishment in 1988 of a fund to bring prominent speakers to the SUNY Oneonta campus.

Admission is free but tickets are required.
