Hamden accident sends driver to hospital

A driver was airlifted to the hospital after the car he was driving left a road in Hamden then rolled over.

Fire investigators say when medics arrived on the scene of the crash along Route 10 the motorist was trapped in the vehicle, which resulted in a call for crews with gear to get him out of the car.

According to a Delhi Fire spokesperson the driver suffered non-life threatening injuries.

Police say he was the only occupant of the vehicle.
