Cooperstown Fills Deputy Treasurer Opening

The City of Cooperstown fills its deputy treasurer position – a post that has been open for over 5 years.

According to a published report Allen Ruffles – a graduate of SUNT Oneonta – will leave his role as manager of the Cooperstown Key Bank branch to move into public service.

Ruffles taught high school and worked in the insurance industry before taking the Key Bank job earlier this year.

He is a member of the Otsego County Chamber Board. and involved in other civic activities.
