10 days of free medical care coming to Norwich for all

It’s the perfect partnership between people who need medical care, and about 200 Department of Defense medical professionals who need to train for wartime missions. It’s The Greater Chenango Cares Innovative Readiness Training, 10 days of free medical, dental and optical care for anyone who needs it. No medical forms, no income qualifications. The training begins July 15th and goes for 10 days from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. the Norwich High School. They’re providing, dental, medical and optical services, even rabies vaccines for dogs and cats. Perhaps best of all, there will also be eye examinations, and individuals may have a pair of prescription glasses – made and fitted on-site for pick-up, free of charge.
