Free HIV testing this week in Oneonta

One in 8 Americans has HIV and doesn’t know it. That’s why Family Planning of South Central New York is offering free, confidential and rapid HIV testing and counseling this week at five centers including Oneonta. The results come in just 20 minutes, and its free. According to the director of care at the center on Dietz St., everyone should be tested at least once.
